Following John’s retirement, Ottobock continued his legacy of high-quality service and product provision through our OB Care brand. We provide products and services across the whole of Ireland. Our team supports individuals of any age who have limited mobility, regardless of their condition or complexity of need.
Our Process – From Enquiry to Aftercare.
We receive enquiries through multiple channels including our website, referrals from clinicians, recommendations, and from current users of our services.
Initial Contact - After receiving an enquiry, we may ask for additional information to help identify potential solutions.
Assessment - We then arrange a visit, either in a clinic or in the individual’s home. During this assessment, we offer guidance, recommendations, and product specifications tailored to each person’s unique needs. Products are demonstrated fully, and alternative or additional options are discussed.
Provision - Once all parties agree on the solution, the product is ordered, following either funding approval or a direct order via the HSE
Handover & Aftercare - At handover, we provide a full demonstration to ensure the equipment is set up correctly and meets the needs of the individual and their carers. Ongoing aftercare ensures long‑term satisfaction, safety, and support.
